As if you have noticed by the link above, Rua2 has a new partner. In fact, it's not exactly a partner but a concurrent of my attention!

20m2 is my new incursion by this world of blogging/tumblring. A web space where I publish ideas and solutions for small spaces that I find on the web, see on magazines or photograph on the streets.

I had the idea of create this tumblr after move to Paris and realize that instead of living in a 100 meters square home as I was used to, I would have to live me-myself-my-husband- and-all-my-clothes in a tiny 29 meters square. Which is equivalent of 312 square feet. Small, ugh?

So, before moving to this minuscule box - which I ironically call loft (I didn't mentioned: is a studio. 1 piece only!) - I've got obsessed about this small space subject and during my hunts for inspiration I realized that there is plenty of good small spaces projects but not many sites, blogs and etc that are focused on this kind of content.

Friday's Special: Hospital experience

No, I am not sick!

Hospital is a clothing store in Antwerp. Designed by the belgian architects of Puresang, it is set in a former stable, at the trendy neighborhood of Zuid.

The space, a 1000 square meters with a ceiling of seven meters high, shows a dramatic mixture of wood, bricks and colorful glass panels where a lot of wonderful ideas are hidden (I will show some of them in future posts...)
